A full day in food & wine culture

Thanks to my passion and knowledge about food & wine you will dive into the Burgundian food & wine culture. After a true French breakfast (coffee and viennoiseries) you will plunge directly into a 101 wine education focusing on Burgundian wines.

I will share my stories and knowledge about wine, history, geology, the intricacies of the Burgundian vineyards. Then I’ll take you to the field and will explore the Côte de Nuits. Thanks to my unique connection with winemakers you will be able to experience a wine resort with a wine tasting in Côte de Nuits , focusing on Pinot Noir.
After having experienced the field we will go back to the Lab and start a comparative wine tasting along with the French traditions of “apéritif”.
The wine tasting will give you a full picture of Burgundy, as you will taste at least 12 different wines including Premiers crus crus and Grand crus wines.
Following the wine tasting you will have a gastronomic Burgundian lunch cooked by myself (4 courses menu) . During the lunch I will teach you all the notions you need to be able to know about food and wine pairing. After the lunch we will head to visit the Côte de Beaune and discover mythic villages such as Meursault , Chassagne-Montrachet or Puligny Montrachet. We will make a stop to another winery to have a tasting focusing on Chardonnay wines.

After a full day like this you will become a true Burgundian pro wine expert!

This food and wine experience includes everything, from education to driving in the Côte de Nuits + Cote de Beaune, to a gastronomic lunch, visit to 2 wine resorts,  20+ wines, and much more…!
