“I’m a passionate Artisan Chef, who just loves the marriage of food and wine – and wants to share that love with you.
“I was raised in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, by parents with a distinguished family history in the wine business (“Maîtres en Vins”) – and so I was exposed at an early age to the rich heritage and culture of the area’s legendary wines & fine cuisine.
“I followed my heart to train as a chef, and was lucky enough to work or watch alongside some of the best Michelin-starred Chefs such as Michel Bras, Pierre Gagnaire, Ferran Adria, David Zuddas and the Pourcel twins.
“Over the years, I’ve developed a love and strong foundation for creative cooking, fuelled by extensive travel around the world – including to Turin, Italy, where I fell in love with Italian gastronomy and did a culinary school.
“From 2006, for more than 10 years, I lived in Atlanta, Georgia, and shared my true passion for food & wine as a private chef, as a cooking instructor and as a contributor for Atlanta Magazine.
“Now, my family and I moved back to our roots in Beaune, and launched “Terroirs By Adeline”, a new concept based on the creation of unique and exclusive food & wine experiences.

You can choose from a range of fully immersive experiences, or work with Adeline to design your own schedule to indulge your own culinary & wine passion.
Based on your desire, Adeline will design your very own experience, from a basic wine introduction to a full immersion in the intricacies of the Terroirs of Burgundy.
You can learn how to cook Burgundian specialties or experience a technical French cooking workshop – or just a perfect blend of the two.
And, if you are in the wine industry or a company looking to enrich the experience of your clients or employees, Adeline will help you to create your ultimate experience around food & wine – from a private lunch/dinner to a hands-on cooking classes, to blind taste or cooking competitions…
To make your experience more unique and special, Adeline has designed and built a dedicated space, within her property, located near the center of Beaune. She will welcome you, in this private and beautiful new space called “The Lab”.
For Adeline design, technology and local furniture always matter for her. Indeed, a beautiful, classic, Lacanche range cooker has been installed to offer you the best cooking experience. That’s why a 5 meters local custom oak dining table has been specially created to accommodate up to 24 lucky passionate food & wine lovers.
The table is surrounded by the 111 Navy chair designed by Emeco and made of 111 recycled Coca-Cola PET bottles.
While you are cooking you can listen to the best music on a revolutionary sound system, Phantom developed by the French company Devialet.
